Chef’s Dinner at Eagle Rock Lodge with Carl Olsen:

Eagle Rock Lodge is very pleased to offer personal chef dinners with Chef Carl Olson. Chef Carl is a graduate of the The Cordon Bleu which has been setting the standard for excellence in professional culinary education since 1895. Dinners are a four course chef’s choice menu planned around local seasonal food and specializing in farm-to-table freshness. At least 24 notice is required and dinner is $40.00 per plate (plus gratuity). Our B&B is not allowed to sell alcohol but you can bring a wine of your choice to go with your dinner.
